Why not me? - Low self-esteem

Hello Beautiful,

Have you ever seen this perfect girl whose hair is always styled, she has the perfect body and on top of that, she's so adorable that you can't even hate her?

Well... let us talk about this today.

Envy and Jealousy are normal, human feelings as long as you do not take action!

Look at you in the mirror! Yeah, Do it!

I'm waiting...

Did you?
Well, do you like what you see?

If the answer is no then, ask yourself why and do something to make this answer a yes!

I will sound mainstream but 'Nothing is impossible!'

If you want a perfect body just like hers,
Well, yeah, she eats a lot and stays in perfect shape (we are truly happy for her) but it's not you!

Don't get me wrong, it is not the end of the world, you just have to work to get what you want or simply learn to love what you already have.

Once you accept that, you're ready to kill it, baby!

Here is how to learn to love yourself:

1. Do not compare yourself to others

2. Practice a regular outdoor activity

3. Write down 5 things you like about yourself ( it can be that little beauty spot you have)
Have you heard of Chantelle Winnie who made her skin condition her main asset!

4. Write down your accomplishments (you'll realise you've actually done great things)

5. Eliminate people who pull you down ( they might be jealous cause you're great! Then send them the link to this blog article)

I'll conclude with my own experience of overcoming low self-esteem;

try to focus on what you're good at and give it all your attention and energy. This is what I did.

It will make you feel self-satisfied and at the same time, you'll be moving your bum instead of over criticising yourself!

Take Care,

Sheryl.
